Evaluation of Community-wide Escort-based Health Management Mode for Pregnant
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the evaluation of community - wide escort - based health management mode for pregnant women. Methods The outcomes of mothers and infants before and after the implementation of the community - wide escort - hased health management mode were compared. Results After the implementation of community - wide escort - based health management mode , the maternal mortality, incidence of neonatal tetanus, and mortality of perineonate death significantly decreased ( P ＜0. 01 ). In addition, the awareness of perinatal health care among mothers and their families also significantly increased ( P ＜0. 01 ) . Conclusion Community - wide escort - based health management mode provides a good option for perinatal health care. However, more human resource, equipment, and appropriate technology are required to ensure the successful implementation of this mode.关键词
