Abstract
A transforming formula from the single valued data to Vague data is presented.A similarity measure formula between Vague sets is presented. It gets Vague optimized decision-making method combining existing method. It applies Vague optimized decision-making method for comprehensive evaluation of new wheat varieties,the result is satisfactory.关键词
