摘要
Abstract
The technological characteristics of compliCated box were analyzed.The structural design and operating process of the injection mould for the part were introduced, Slider was used for the formation of the side-hole on external surface.Lifter was used for the formation of the fine structure on internal surface.Fixed mould puller pins, stop drag-bars and nylon shutters were used to open the mould sequentially.Return spring and the mechanical pendulum boom were applied to ejecting mechanism resetting priority to other mechanism.The mould structure is rational and safe in operation.关键词
