基于Web平台孤立性肺结节影像计算机辅助诊断的研究

Abstract
Objective To construct the computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) system of solitary pulmonary nodules (SPN) based on Web text level so as to study the possibility and value which the computer helps doctors to determine the nature of solitary pulmonary nodules (SPNs). Methods The system hardware consists of one router, one switch, two servers, and a number of computers and other external devices. The SPN CAD software system construction is as follows: the operating system of Web server used for Windows 2000 Server, Web services processes used for the Web Logic 8.1, the operating system of database server used for RedHat Linux9. 0, and the database system of Oracle9i for Linux. The SPN CAD system was developed under the J2EE framework. Results The CAD system included the cases upload subsystem, the aid diagnosis subsystem, and the maintenance and management subsystem. The SPN original text information of clinical and CT features was entered into the CAD system; based on the input attributes of SPNs, the diagnosis model made automatic access to the diagnostic rules database and extracted relevant diagnostic rules for comparison and analysis. The diagnosis results were presented with the form of diagnosis report which included the two parts of the CT images of the typical level and the diagnosis opinions.Diagnosis opinions were divided into five levels: malignant, possible malignant, benign, possible benign and uncertain results, with credibility values. Conclusion The method of developing the CAD system for SPNs is feasible; the system can aid the doctor to make diagnosis for benign and malignant SPN.关键词
