摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of community comprehensive intervention to the inappropriate prevention of subclinical vitamin D deficiency rickets in children.Methods Eighty rickets children, who were aged under 2 years and had a history of being given irrational prevention, were enrolled in the study from December 2009 to March 2010 and were randomly assigned to interventional group and control group.Children in the interventional group orally received Vitamin AD Drops ( capsule type ), 1 capsule daily, and their parents received related health education for three months.Those in the control group received the same dose of Vitamin A - D Drops only.Results After the treatment, compared with the control group, in the intervention group, the level of bone alkaline phosphatase ( BALP ) of the rickets children decreased significantly ( P ＜ 0.05 ); the awareness of rickets risk factors, including the lack of sunlight, inadequate complement, prenatal reserve deficiency, and impact from other diseases, was significantly increased ( P ＜ 0.05 ); and the knowledge on symptoms of rickets was also evidently increased.Conclusion Positive comprehensive community intervention can increase the knowledge on vitamin D deficiency rickets for diseased children's parents, improve their compliance of following the doctor's advice, and BALP level of the children patients could decrease significantly.关键词
