CT findings of pulmonary aspergillosis in patients with non-severe immunologic deficiency
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the chest CT features of pulmonary aspergillosis in patients with non-severe immunolo deficiency. Methods Chest CT findings and features of pulmonary aspergillosis diagnosed in our hospital from August 200f August 2010 in 25 patients with non-severe immunologic deficiency were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 25 patie with different CT findings, 12 were found to have air cresent sign or cavity-like nodular lesions, 6 had local or multiple soft tis shadows with irregular shapes, 2 had disseminated foci, and 11 had sporadic calcification. Conclusion CT findings of pultnon aspergillosis in patients with non-severe immunologic deficiency include local or multiple nodular lesions with irregular sha] ground glass opacities, patchy attenuations, air cresent sign or cavity. Pulmonary aspergillosis in patients with non-severe immunolc deficiency should be discriminated with inflammation, tumors, and tuberculosis. Its final diagnosis depends on lung biopsy.关键词
