矢量法在刀具半径补偿技术中的应用研究

Abstract
Cutter radius compensation is the key technology in CNC system and is the data sources and basis of contour interpolation. It is the necessary premise to guarantee the part contour according to programming track and cutter radius to plan the tool center path, especially the coordinates of the joint points. The concept of orientation vector is introduced and the technology is studied,which the vector method is applied in radius compensation. The C cutter radius compensation is realized and the complicated problem of confirming the only result in 2D cutter radius compensation is solved. Based on the foregoing algorithm,the CNC system for mill and lathe named TDNC-L4 is developed, which presents a preliminary practical verification of relevant theoretical achievements.关键词
