Abstract
Objective To explore the relationships between antihypertension and early prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction and to provide guidance for clinical treatment.Methods One hundred and twenty - one cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly assigned to either the blood pressure intervention group or the control group.The intervention group received antihypertensive therapy, which produced a 10％ to 20％ blood pressure reduction within 24 hours ( with SBP≥120 mm Hg, DBP≥80 mmm Hg ).Still, blood pressure were reduced to below 140/90 mm Hg 7 days after hospitalization and maintained until 14 days after hospitalization.Blood pressures were monitored.Neurological impairment and curative effect were observed on admission and 14 days after.Deaths were recorded.Results NIHSS scores on the 14th day after hospitalization declined in both groups, with neurological function improvement in the intervention group more notable than in the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Still.curative effects were more obvious in the intervention group than in the control group ( P ＜0.05 ).Logistic regression analysis showed that : after adjustion of factors such as age , sex, and history , antihypertensive therapy of acute cerebral infarction independently affected early prognosis, with a reduced risk of comhined death or dependency 14 days after hospitalization [odds ratio.0.300 ; 95％ confidence interval ( 0.123 ～ 0.730 ); P 0.05].Conclusion Rational blood pressure intervention in acute cerebral infarction is beneficial for the early recovery of neurological function and may reduce the risk of combined death or dependency 14 days after hospitalization.关键词
