摘要

Abstract

Objective To determine the chemical components and relative content of volatile oil from different parts of Artemsia dracunculus L. Methods Volatile oil was extracted from different parts of Artemsia dracunculus L with the method of steam distillation. Quantitative analysis was made with area normalization, the main components were analyzed with GC-MS, and the configuration of the separated compounds was analyzed combined with the mass spectrogram bank of computer retrieval technology. Results Among the 23 retrieved components of volatile oil in Artemsia dracunculus L leaves, anethole accounted for 80. 80% and β-ocimene accounted for 12.93%. A total of 21 components of volatile oil in Artemsia dracunculus L stems were retrieved. The main components were anethole, which accounted for 78.49%, and β-ocimene, which accounted for 12.82%.Conclusion The components of volatile oil in Artemsia dracunculus L leaf and stem are basically the same;therefore, they may not be extracted separately.
