Abstract
Objective To evaluate the quality of life ( QOL ) in patients with interstitial lung disease ( ILD ) and to identify factors that are related with the QOL. Methods By means of convenience sampling, a total of 103 patients with ILD in our hospital were enrolled. The St. George's respiratory questionnaire ( SCRQ ), medical research council scale ( MRC ), pulmonary function test, 6 - min walk test ( 6MWT ), hospital anxiety and depression scale ( HAD ) were used to measure the relevant parameters of the patients. Results The QOL of the patients were higher across all measure.d domains in SGRQ. The score of activity domain was the highest, and significantly higher than the scores of symptom ( P =0. 005 ) and impact ( P =0. 025 ) domains. Lung function ( FVC, FEV1, , TLC, DLCo ), MRC score, 6MWD, HAD scores were all correlated with the SGRQ scores of all domains ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion The QOL in ILD patients is impaired, which is in good correlation with MRC scores.关键词
