C57小鼠生后小脑发育的体视学研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the morphological changes in postnatal development of the C57 mouse cerebellum. Methods HE staining, immunohistochemical and stereological methods were used to analyze the dcvelopment of the C57 mouse cerebellum at postnatal (P) 7, 14 and 21 d. Results The structure of the cerebellar cortex and medulla was obvious on P 7 d, and the cortex was divided into 4 layers, that is, the external granular layer, molecular layer, Purkinje cell layer and internal granular layer. During P 7- 21 d, the sectional areas of various parts of the cerebellum were increased obviously, except the external granular layer, which was decreased and eventually disappeared. The bulk density of the external granular layer was decreased and disappeared finally,too. The bulk density of the subfolium and cortex was decreased and then increased, while the medulla increased and then decreased. The profile numerical densities of NeuN and calbindin D28K (CB) positive cells were gradually decreased. The bulk densities of NeuN positive cells were decreased while those of CB increased. On P 21 d, the cortex consisted of the molecular layer, Purkinje cell layer and granular layer. Corclusion After birth mouse cerebellum develops fast and the cortex differentiates from 4 layers into 3 layers with the thinning and final disappearance of the external granular layer.关键词
