双频超声-臭氧氧化处理含对硝基苯胺和硝基苯的废水

摘要
Abstract
The wastewater containing p-nitroaniline and nitrobenzene was treated respectively by processes of ozonation, frequency ultrasonic enhanced ozonation and bi-frequency ultrasonic enhanced ozonation. The experimental results show that the treatment effect by bi-frequency ultrasonic enhanced ozonation process is the best. Under the optimum conditions of initial wastewater pH 11. ozone flow 30 mg/min, reaction time 50 min, power of the HT-50 ultrasonic generator 50 W , power of the NXG-S ultrasonic generator 110 W, the removal rates of COD, p-nitroaniline and nitrobenzene are 96.4%, 99. 8% and 98. 8% respectively. The water quality of the effluent can meet the first grade discharge standards of GB 8978 - 1996.关键词
