摘要
Abstract
The results on tensile test show that FeCrNi austenitic stainless steel is possessed of good plastic and no yield plateau. Owing to stress - strain in accordance with Ramberg - Osgood relationship inadequately , Ainsworth method founded on ture stress - strain would be chose for Filure Assessment Curve ( FAC) constitution. By following Option 3 FAC method in SINTAP standard, and the use of ExpAssoc exponential function fitted materials true stress -strain constitutive relationship suitably, FeCrNi austenitic stainless steel FAC was established. Comparing this curve with the other two general FACs, it can be concluded that three curves overlap each other but SINTAP general FAC is conservative if the plastic collapse limit less than 1.39. This FAC is recommended for engineering application, and the result will be credible.关键词
