基于DUE的抗菌药物合理使用督导工作模式的建立与运行
Establishment and Operation of Monitoring Mode for Rational Use of Antibacterial Drugs Based on Drug Use Evaluation

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the application of drug use evaluation (DUE) to promote clinical pharmacy practice in China and rational use of drugs. METHODS: The monitoring mode for rational use of antibacterial drugs based on DUE was established and implemented in one institution. The evaluation of cefepime use and monitoring for rational use of it were conducted. The effect of the mode was observed. RESULTS: The rationality of cefepime use had been improved in the institution. The index of drug use reasons and key disease course indicators had been improved significantly. The qualification rate of indications and drug indications increased from 78.6％ to 96.9％ (P=0.000), and the qualification rate of antibacterial drugs classification management increased from 60.8％ to 93.0％ (P=0.000). The qualification rate of dosing frequency increased from 69.1％ to 95.0％ (P=0.000). CONCLUSION: As a new clinical pharmacy working mode, this mode plays good effect in the institution and improves the rational use of cefepime.关键词
