钩藤提取液致离体大鼠胸主动脉环舒张作用的研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the vasodilative effect and underlying mechanism of FZA in isolated rat thoracic aorta rings.Methods The study was performed with the model of isolated rat thoracic aorta rings in organ bath.The vasodilative effect of FZA in aortic rings in resting tension or pre-constricted with Norepinephrine(lmM) was observed.Results FZA could direcetly vasodilate aortic rings P≤0.05,n＝4.Conclusion FZA siganificantly induced the vasodilative effect of rat thoracic aorta.lt could directly relax the rat aortic rings.关键词
