摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of Yiqihuoxuenashen Recipe for stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) though determining scores of BODE、 MMRC、 FEV1％pred、 6MWD.Methods Forty stable COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups:20patients in treatmentgroup were treated with Yiqihuoxuenashen Recipe and conventional medicine,while 20cases in control group were treated with conventional medicine alone. Scores of bode index including MMRC、FEV1％pred、 6MWD were determined after the treatments on both two groups to conpare whether the indexes have differences in statistics. Results After the treatment ,the scores of BODE、 MMRC、 FEV1％pred、 6MWD in the contral group were batter than the same indexs of patients in the control group,the scores of BMI were not improved after treatment. Conclusion Yiqihuoxuenashen Recipe has good effect on chronic obstuctive pulmonary.关键词
