摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effectiveness and toxicity of advanced gastric cancer treated with docetaxel, cisplatin and fluorouracil. Method: Docetaxel 75mg/m2, iv drip, dl; cisplatin 75mg/m2, iv drip, d1-d2; fluorouracil 2400mg/m2, persistent iv drip for 48h. 21 days for a phase, 2 phases for using continuously. Result: The treatment effect of 30 cases of patients could be assessed, the total effective rate was 86.7％ (26/30) , the effective rate for initial treatment was 88％, the effective rate for retreatment was 75 ％; toxicity primarily include bone marrow suppression, baldness, gastrointestinal reaction,diarrhea, etc, which could be tolerated. Conclusion: It could obtain satisfactory results for treatment of advanced gastric cancer with docetaxel, cisplatin and fluorouracil, it is a good chemotherapy combination.关键词
