Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of serum C-reactive protein and C-troponin I for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Method:C-reactive protein ( CRP ) was detected with refraction test and C-troponin I (cTnI ) was detected with chemical cllumination test. Both CRP and cTnI levels in 135 cases with different types of coronary heart diseases ( CHD) were detected. Result: Both CRP and cTnI levels were higher in study group than those in control group ( P＜0.01 ). CRP and cTnI levels were the highest in acute myocardial infarction ( AMI) group and the second highest in unstable angina pectoris (UAP) group. Both levels were the lowest in stable angina pectoris ( SAP ) group. The data had statistic significance ( P＜0.01 ). Conclusion: C-reactive protein combined with cTnI was supplementary for the early specific diagnosis and the late prognosis of CHD.关键词
