中西医结合综合方案治疗癫痫的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinic effect of treating epilepsy in-patient by PCAG-program(Program Combining TCM with Western Medicine of 1 st Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine University).Methods 26 epilepsy in-patients were randomly divided into the control group and treated group. Both 2 groups received antiepileptic drugs,while the treated group additionally received Xingnaojing injection and traditional Chinese medicine according to differentiation of symptoms and signs. Symptoms and signs of Chinese medicine and frequency of seizure were evaluated both before and after a 14-days course of treatment. Results Seizure was more effectively controlled in the treated group(P＜0.05).All the TCM syndrome scores after treatment in both groups were less than pretherapy scores(P＜0.05).The equation in syndromes of fire,blood stasis and deficiency of kidney-YIN between pretherapy scores and post-treatment scores in the treated group were larger than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The PCAG-program can control seizure and decrease fire,blood stasis and deficiency of kidney-YIN syndrome scores more effectively than antiepileptic drugs 。关键词
