摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of three different PFM (porcelain fused to metal ) on periodontal tissue. Method: 90 patients whose two maxillary first molars need to accept PFM prosthesis were selected. The 90 patients were divided into three groups as gold PFM group, Ti-alloy PFM group and common PFM group. GCF was obtained, and the levels of AST and ALP were tested before and 1 week, 1 month and 6 month after the prosthesis. Result: Before the prosthesis, the amount of GCF and the levels of AST and ALP of three groups were close ( P＞0.05 ). The amount of GCF and the levels of AST and ALP of three groups were increased 1 week after the prosthesis ( P＜0. 05 ). The levels of AST and ALP of Ti-alloy PFM group and common PFM group showed a tendency to increase from the first month to sixth month ( P＜0.05 ),while those in the gold PFM group were of no difference to pre-prosthesis ( P＞0.05 ). Conclusion: The effect of gold PFM on the periodontal tissue was the least.关键词
