中西医结合治疗急性胆囊炎的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the treatment of acute cholecystitis with integrative medicine. Method: 86 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 43 patients in the control group treated with conventional western medicine, the treatment group were based on the plus big bupleurum decoction, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Result: The total effective rate was 93.02％,the efficiency of the control group was 76.74％, There was significant difference ( P ＜0. 05 ) between two groups. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine in treating acute cholecystitis have better effect than westem medicine alone.关键词
