摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of cerbB-2 and 64-CT findings of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods 30 patients of NPC were confirmed by biopsy with 64-CT scanning, then the relationship between the expressions of cerbB-2 and CT features was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of cerbB-2 were difference non-significance in the sugar of the tumor and location, (p＞0.05)The positive expression rates of cerbB-2 were significance in para pharyngeal space narrowing were showed and without ,in posterior naris involved and withoul,in lower pharyngeal involved and without,inbone destruction of skull base and without, in lymph node metastasis in neck and without, (p ＜0.05). Conclusions cerbB-2 might play an important role in the pathegesis and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. cerbB-2 protein expression was correlated with invasive depth and prognosis metastasis. The positive expression rates of cerbB-2 could be served as indicator for predicting prognosis and malignancy of CT findings of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and prognosis.关键词
