莪术微乳凝胶的药效学研究
Pharmacodynamics Study on Cucuma Microemulsion Gel
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study Cucuma Microemulsion Cel's preliminary pharmacodynamic effect on rat.Methods To design the DMBA-caused skin cancer rat model for performing antitumor study, the xylene-caused rat ear swelling model for performing anti- inflammation test and acetic acid caused rat writhing reaction for performing analgesic test.Results Cucuma Microemulsion Gel had better tumor-inhibiting action revealed by the DMBA-caused skin cancer model, some inhibiting rate to ear swelling induced by xylene, in which the inflammation inhibiting factor showing the promoting effect on treating skin cancer, and the definite analgesic effects to rat writhing reaction caused by acetic acid and the promoting effect on treating skin cancer.Conclusion The curative effect of Cucuma Microemulsion Gel is related with the dosage, the local application can exert the curative effect and middle dosage can reach the preliminary better pharmacodynamic effect.关键词
