高效液相色谱法测定小儿早熟抗胶囊中栀子苷含量
Determination of Geniposide in Xiao'er Zaoshukang Capsule by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Xiso'er Zaoshoukang Capsule. Methods The Eclipse-C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(12: 88), the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 238 nm. Results The good linear relationship for geniposide was in the ranges of 3.625-580.0 μg/mL( r = 1. 000 0, n =7). The average recovery rate was 97.91％, RSD = 1.33％ ( n =9). Conclusion This HPLC method is simple, quick,rapids and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of xiao'er zaoshukang capsule.关键词
