摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine vitamin B2 content in Weimeisu Film -coated tablets by HPLC. Methods The SunFireTM C18 column(150 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was adopted with 0. 02 mol/L sodium acetate buffer-methanol(70: 30) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 267 nm and the injection volume was 20 μL. Results The linear range of vitamin B2 was 7.68-46. 12 μg/mL, r=0. 999 9( n =7). The average recovery rate was 99.43％, RSD =0. 74％ ( n = 9). Conclusion This HPLC method is convenient, rapid and accurate with good reproducibility and stability, which is suitable for assay of vitamin B2 content in Weimeisu Film- coated tablets.关键词
