Abstract
Objective To reduce the pharmacist-patient disputes in the outpatient dispensary to increase the ability resolving the pharmacistpatient disputes. Methods By analyzing the working characters of the outpatient dispensary and the causes leading to the pharmacist- patient disputes, the pertinent resolving measures were proposed. Results and Conclusion The pharmacist- patient disputes would be caused by various reasons. Establishing the strict management system and operating procedures, strengthening the awareness of pharmacy services in pharmacists,enhancing the business knowledge learning in doctors and doing everything with patients as the center could reduce the occurrence of the pharmacist - patient disputes.关键词
