摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danhong Injection combined with methycobal therapy in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods 120cases of peripheral neuropathy and type 2diabetes were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The normal treatment of diabetes was used in two groups. At the same time, the treatment group was added with methycobal 500 μg/d by intramuscular injection and Danhong Injection 20 mL/d by intravenous drip, while the control group was added with Compound Danseng Injection 20mL/d by intravenous drip, Vitamin B12 Injection 0. 5 mg and Vitamin B1 Injection 100 mg by intramuscular injection. The therapeutic course lasted for 3 weeks. Results The overall effective rate was 95.00％ in the treatment group and 78.33％ in the control group, showing significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05). No evidently relative adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion Combined therapy of Danhong Injection and methycobal is more effective in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.关键词
