上消化道出血的中医治疗

Abstract
Objective: To discuss the Chinese medicine in treating upper gastrointestinal bleeding type and herbs to enhance the success rate of first aid medicine. Method: We retrospectively analysed the osocomial division in June 2006 to 2009 in June admitted cases of 136 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,the clinical classification and treatment measures. Result: 136 patients with primary type for the stomach fire flaming type, anger Fan Wei-type, gas is not taken blood, spleen deficiency type. Successful rescue of which 128 patients (95.38％ ), 8 patients died (4.62％ ). Conclusion: The upper gastrointestinal bleeding in serious condition, early diagnosis and treatment by Chinese medicine and post-treatment patients can get a good post-party clinical therapeutic effect.关键词
