生物型人工硬脑膜修复脑静脉窦的临床研究
Clinical research on repairing cerebral venous sinus with biological artificial dura mater

Abstract
Objective To discuss practical value and therapeutic experience of biological artificial dura mater in hemorrhage treatment after cerebral venous sinus injury. Methods Retrospective analysis was employed in clinical data and prognosis of 78 patients with open head injury combining cerebral venous sinus injury who had undergone surgery using gelatin sponge hemostasis, biological artificial dura mater with overlapping suture and medical biological fibrin glue closure, and discussion on them was performed with literature review. Results In 78 patients, 38 cases were cured, 33 patients improved and discharged, 4 deaths,and 3 patients were discharged on their own accord. Conclusion Biological artificial dura mater utilized in open craniocerebral injury with cerebral venous sinus injury treatment can effectively play a role in hemostasis, reduce complications and improve operation success rate,and is worth promoting.关键词
