摘要

Abstract

This paper proposes an analysis method to monitor the status of an X-ray tube with rotating anode based on vibration signals analysis. The features were found and dealt with through the analysis of vibration signals detected by accelerometer and high resolution data acquisition card in time domail, frequency domain and time-frequency domain via the NI LabVIEW Visual Instrument Development Platform. This is a new approach to detect the start-up, running and breaking period of X-ray tube with rotating anode.
