Thinking on Linkage of Essential Drug List with Medical Insurance Directory and Reimbursement List of New Rural Co-operative Medical System

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for complete and smooth implementation of Essential Drug System.METHODS: Relevant information about essential drugs was searched from FDA and SFDA official website.The contradictions between the application of Essential Drug List in primary medical institutions and Medical Insurance Directory and Reimbursement List of New Rural Co-operative Medical System was explored and analyzed.Then relevant suggestions were proposed.RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Through more than one year of New Health Care Reform, the convergence of 3 lists is not well.There are many problems, such as coordination of formulation and monitoring of 3 lists is ineffective, bidding is inconsistent with purchase, local essential drugs supplement lists have large differences, primary lists linkage is not consistent, and management is not standardized.So we should adjust and settle these problems gradually.关键词
