摘要

Abstract

Deployment of smart substations imposes new requirements for metering system in terms of measurement accuracy and sampling rate.This paper discussed the design of calibration units and configuration option for amart meters.Based on teh configuration principle and functional requirements for the metering system, three options were proposed with suggestions on their applications.The second option i.e. intelligent electric energy metering signal to remote terminal unit for energy metering system by MMS network,is recmooended for smart hub substations while the first option,i.e. intellie\gent electric energy meter and remote terminal unit for energy metering system organized network independently, is designed for small-scale terminal substations.The third option, by metering plug-in unit, is viable once the inspection standard and traceability procedure for amart substations are formulated and approved.
