性腺发育不全患者的激素补充治疗巧例分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of hormone replacement therapy ( HRT) with Climen or Climen combined with Progynova. Methods: 15 cases of patients with gonadal disgenesis were chosen and self-controlled, the medication group were given Climen for 21 days , while the next stages begun from the eighth day after withdrawal bleeding. After 3 months,Climen combined with Progynova were given. The level of hormone was determined, and size of uterus, thickness of endometrium were detected by abdominal color ultrasound before treatment and 3 months after therapy. Tanner symptom scores were evaluated. Results : The level of hormone,size of uterus and thickness of endometrium, symptoms were improved obviously after treatment. There was significant difference in the level of hormone and curative effect ( P＜0. 05 ) , size of uterus and thickness of endometrium between the two groups ( P＜0. 05 ) . Conclusion:Climen could improve obviously the level of hormone and secondary sexual characteristics,and promote growth of uterine and resumption of menstruation. To combine with oral estrogen is more effective.关键词
