孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效观察OACSCDCSTPCD
Clinical Observation of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Pediatric Cough Variant Asthma
目的:观察孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效.方法:选取我院2009年1月--2010年6月住院的64例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,根据用药方法不同随机分为A组(孟鲁司特钠+布地奈德)和B组(布地奈德),各32例,疗程均为3个月.比较2组的临床疗效.结果:治疗1个疗程后.A组的总有效率明显优于B组,且A组咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间均明显短于B组,A组复发率明显低于B组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:孟鲁司特钠…查看全部>>
