Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion in Ruyi jinhuang power. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. The sample was separated on a Shimadzu C18 column with acetonitrile-0.1％ phosphoric acid as mobile phase (gradient elufion) at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. The injection volume was 20 μL. RESULTS: Aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion had good linear relationship in the range of 0.042～0.672 μg(r=0.999 4), 0.167 6～2.681 6 μg (r=0.999 9), 0.084～1.344 μg(r=0.999 6), 0.092 6～1.481 6 μg(r=0.999 8)and 0.174 4～2.790 4 μg(r=0.999 1). Their average recoveries were 97.95％ (RSD=0.88％), 97.59％ (RSD=1.20％), 98.25％ (RSD=1.79％), 97.93％ (RSD=0.57％)and 98.03％ (RSD=l.33％), respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the content determination of 5 active components of Ruyi jinhuang power simultaneously.关键词
