Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion in Ruyi jinhuang power. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. The sample was separated on a Shimadzu C18 column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase (gradient elufion) at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. The injection volume was 20 μL. RESULTS: Aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion had good linear relationship in the range of 0.042~0.672 μg(r=0.999 4), 0.167 6~2.681 6 μg (r=0.999 9), 0.084~1.344 μg(r=0.999 6), 0.092 6~1.481 6 μg(r=0.999 8)and 0.174 4~2.790 4 μg(r=0.999 1). Their average recoveries were 97.95% (RSD=0.88%), 97.59% (RSD=1.20%), 98.25% (RSD=1.79%), 97.93% (RSD=0.57%)and 98.03% (RSD=l.33%), respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the content determination of 5 active components of Ruyi jinhuang power simultaneously.关键词
