驻闽部队126例强直性脊柱炎患者的生存质量研究
Correlation analysis of quality of life in patients with ankylosing spondylitis in army

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the quality of life in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and the assoicated factors in army.Methods: Analysis of quality of life was performed in 126 patients with AS in Fujian troops according to world health organization quality of life questionnaire (WHOQOI-BREF) , visual analog scale (VAS) , Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index ( BASFI) , Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease active index (BASDAI) , Bath ankylosing spondylitis global index (BAS-G) , self reported anxiety scale (SAS) and self reported depression scale (SDS).Results: ① The mean score of quality of life, including aspects of life surroundings, physical function, psychological function, social relationship and health self-judgment was obviously reduced, with 97 patients (75.8% ) with score less than 60.② Significantly higher SAS and SDS scores were revealed in subjects than norms of Chinese adult (P <0.01 ) , with prevalence of anxious and depressive symptoms were 46.8% and 56.3% , respectively.③The quality of life and the average scores of all aspects were significantly negatively correlated with SAS, SDS, BASDAI, BAS-G and BASFI.Conclusion: The quality of life of AS patients in army is seriously reduced.Some of them have anxious and depressive symptoms, in which depressive symptom is major.The worsened quality of life is closely correlated to the disease course, disease activity and depressive mood.关键词
