强直性脊柱炎患者血清和骶髂关节结缔组织生长因子的表达——附30例检测分析
Expression of connective tissue growth factor in serum and sacroiliac joint of patients with ankylosing spondylitis

Abstract
Objective： To investigate the expression of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) in serum and sacroiliac joint (SIJ) of patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS).Methods： A total of 30 patients with AS and 20 healthy volunteers were enrolled, and divided into AS group and healthy control group, respectively.The serum level of CTGF was detected by ELISA.CT guided needle biopsy on SU was performed on patients in AS group.Expression of CTGF in the SIJ sample of AS patients was determined by immunohistochemical assay, and compared with that in normal SIJ tissue.Results: Signficantly higher expression of CTGF was revealed in SIJ tissue sample of AS group according to immunohistochemical study than normal SIJ tissue [(57.9 ± 42.4) /HP vs ( 2.7 ± 2.5 ) /HP, P ＜ 0.05], while no significantly difference in serim CTGF detected between the two groups.Conclusion : CTGF is highly expressed in SIJ of AS patients and may play an important role in articular cartilage fibrosis and ossification.关键词
