Abstract
Taking Beijing Air Force General Hospital as an example, an evaluation index system for 3A -level hospital landscape satisfaction was constructed by using the method of AHP and Delphi.The landscape satisfactory degree of this hospital was evaluated by the system.The results showed that the satisfaction score for the overall landscape was 3.26, belonging to basically satisfactory level; score 3.63 for the basic environment and 3.51 for the road traffic, all belonging to relatively satisfactory level; score 2.56 for the service facility and activity space, 3.00 for the plants landscape, all belonging to basically satisfactory level.Aiming at the existent problems in the hospital landscape, the author gave some suggestions on the basic environment, road traffic, service facility, activity space and the construction of 3A- level hospital landscape.关键词
