南平烟区土壤和烟叶含氯状况及其与烟叶质量的关系
Chlorine Contents of Soil and Tobacco Leaf in Nanping Area and Their Relationship with Quality of Tobacco Leaf

Abstract
The chlorine contents of soil ( 185 samples) and tobacco leaf (202 samples) in Nanping area and their relationships with the quality of tobacco leaf were analyzed. The results showed that the average chlorine content of soil was 21.26 mg/kg, being 0. 89 mg/kg less than that during 2001 ～ 2003, and the chlorine contents of 65.95％ soil samples were lower than the appropriate level. Chlorine content of soil had significantly negative correlation with the pH - value of soil (P ＜ 0.01 ), and significantly positive correlation with the alkali hydrolysable nitrogen content (P＜ 0. 0l ) and available sulfur content ( P ＜ 0.05) of soil. The average chlorine content of tobacco leaf was 0.13％, which was nearly the same as that during 2001 ～ 2003, and 90. 10％ of tobacco leaf samples had lower chlorine contents as compared with the appropriate level. Among all tested tobacco varieties, the chlorine content in the leaves of CB - 1 was the highest. There was no significant correlation between the chlorine content of soil and the chlorine content of tobacco leaf. The chlorine content of soil had significantly negative correlation with the calcium content (P ＜ 0.0l ) and molybdenum content (P ＜0. 05) of tobacco leaf. The chlorine content of tobacco leaf was significantly positively correlated with the total sugar content and combustibility of tobacco leaf (P ＜ 0.05 ), and significantly negatively correlated with the volatile alkali content of tobacco leaf (P ＜0.05). In conclusion, it is necessary for tobacco in Nanping area to appropriately increase the application of chlorine fertilizer.关键词
