鸭源大肠杆菌3种tet基因的多重PCR检测
Multiplex PCR for Detection of Three Tetracycline-resistant Genes in E.coli Isolated from Duck
摘要
Abstract
The MICs of 7 antibacterial agents against E. coli isolates (n =21 ) from duck were determined by using the broth microdilution method, and 3 tetracycline -resistant genes (tetA, tetB and tetC) were detected simultaneously by multiplex PCR. The results showed that all isolates showed positive results of three tet genes, the result of PCR amplification was 76.67% identical with that of the drug resistance test. The isolates containing three tet genes were resistant to tetracycline, cefotaxime, enrofloxacin and florfenicol, showed multidrug resistance.关键词
