Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of three dimensional conformation radiotherapy (3-DCRT)for unresectable primary massive liver cancer. Methods From October 1997 to June 2008 35 unresectable massive primary liver cancer patients were analyzed, the tumor size were 8-12cm, including Child-Pugh Grade A and B respectively. The patients received 3-DCRT with total dose of 50-55 Gy,at 4-5 Gy/f, 3f/w. Results The CR was 17.1％, PR was 65.7％, and NC was 11.4％ which were detected with CT images in 2-3 month after radiotherapy. 1,2 and 3 year survival rates were 71.4 ％, 42.9％ and 20％, respectively. AFP value in 30 cases was followed up. It was decreased significantly in 21 cases and 8 cases among them showed normal value of AFP. Conclusion 3-DCRT is effective in the treatment of liver cancer; especially for unresectable massive primary liver cancer, it is an effective local treatment method.关键词
