摘要
Abstract
Objective To fully understand the working quality of cleaning and disinfection of full-automatic washing and enhance the level of sterilization assurance in order to strengthen the management and infection control in hospital. Methods The Britain STF cleaning test cards were placed in each layer in order to monitor the cleaning effect of equipment in the washing machine. The factors that might influence the cleaning effect were also experimented on. Results The total eligible rate of cleaning quality of the equipment tested by STF card was 70％, which would be 83％ if the equipment was soaked in weakly alkaline detergent in the beforehand washing. Concluaion The cleaning effect of equipment can be tested accurately by test card. Cleaning effect of automatic washing is helpful to improve the cleaning quality of medical equipment. However,the cleaning of complicated equipment still cannot ignore comprehensive cleaning method.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2011 , 32 ( 4) : 113-114]关键词
