摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of stent placement for carotid stenosis to prevent ischemic stroke. Methods: We summarized the operative methods,peri-operative management of 36 patients with symptomatic carotid stenosis. Results: The successful rate of stent placement was 100％. During the follow-up 3-6 years ,there was no re-carotid stenosis ,no ischemic syndrome , no infarction accident. Conclusions :stent placement is an effective,safe methods to treat carotid stenosis.it can effectively prevent the occur of ischemic stroke. treatment of carotid stenosis, effectively preventing the ischemic stroke.关键词
