摘要

Abstract

Objective To design a ventilator test system based on active servo lung to overcome the shortcomings that the conventional ventilator test system was only able to achieve the testing of airway pressure,air flow and so on,but some important parameters,like the performance of vetilation under different air resistance and compliance could not be evaluated.Methods Cylinder piston simulating human lungs movement based on the human respiratory lumped parameter model was used in this system.This platform could simulate lung movements of different genders,ages,and disease conditions through setting different parameters in the model to achieve a comprehensive test of the respirator.Results After initiative tests,this system could simulate the lung movement under different air resistance and compliance,and also could realize the movement of suffocating autonomous respiration.Conclusion The ventilator test system based on active servo lung was able to provide a more comprehensive and reliable evaluation to respirator.
