Design and Realization of Medical Water-jet Based on LPC2148
摘要
Abstract
Objective To design an apparatus of medical water-jet based on LPC2148. Methods Pressure sensor was used to detect the outlet pressure. PID operation was done to the collected pressure signals and the set value. And the adjustment parameters received were used to control the speed of the motor. The chip LPC2148 of NXP was used as the controller,which controlled the input of pressure value, the start and stop of the frequency converters. The current working pressure was displayed finally by LCD. Reaults The water-pump and motor started smoothly, the dynamic performance of the system was good, the stability of water pressure was also very good, and the anti-interference was strong. The water-jet could meet the requirements of the medical water-jet. Conclusion Compared with the traditional surgical methods, medical water-jet designed in this paper has many advantages, such as a high degree of tissue selectivity and protection when in an operation,less inasie, and patients can have a rapid recovery.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2011 , 32 ( 4) : 11-13]关键词
