脓毒症脑病发病机制研究进展
Progress in Research of Pathogenesis of Septic Encephalopathy
摘要
Abstract
Septic encephalopathy ( SE ) is one of the most common encephalopathy in intensive care units, the pathogenesis of which is not fully understood.This paper reviews recent advances in SE pathogenesis, including brain signaling, alteration of neurotransmission, mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress and apoptosis, endothelial activation and blood - brain barrier breakdown during sepsis.关键词
