Abstract
Objective To study the changes of CD45RO+ and CD45RA+T lymphocytess in peripheral blood in children with infectious mononucleosis. Method The expression of CD45RO+ and CD45RA+T lymphocytess in peripheral blood of children patients and controls was detected by flow cytometry. Results Compared with the control, the expression of CD4+CD45RO+ T lymphocytess in children with infectious mononucleosis in acute stage obviously increased (P ＜ 0.05), but the expression of CD4+CD45RA+ T lymphocytes was lower (P ＜ 0.05 ). The expression of CD4+CD45RO+ T lymphocytes in children in recovery stage was siginificantly lower than those in acute stage (P ＜ 0.05) , but was still higher than those in control (P ＜ 0.05). The expression of CD4+CD45RA+ T lymphocytes in children in convalescence stage was siginificantly higher than those in acute stage (P＜ 0.05), but was still lower than those in control (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion CD4+CD45RO+ and CD4+CD45RA+T lymphocytes play an important role in cell immunity in children with infectious mononucleosis. The decrease of CD45RA+Th cell is one of the important reason to immune function overbalance.关键词
