Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlations between coulmon allergens causing allergic dermatosis and the airborne pollen species in Kunming, in order to provide a scientific evidence for the preventing and treatment of allergic dermatosis. Methods Pollen allergens of 96 allergic dermatosis patients were detected by intradermal test. The positive rate of each kind of allergen was calculated. Samples of airborne pollen particles were collected in Kunming from Jannary 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007 By Durham gravity method. The species and number of the airborne pollen were statistically identified and analyzed by microscopy. Results The main pollen allergens were Brassica L. Alnus Gaertn and Pinus L. pollen and the positive rates of them were 39.5％,35.4％ and 34.4％. 36555 grains of airborne pollen were collected. The main airborne pollen were Pinus L,Alnus Gaertn, Gramineae and Rosaceae in order. There were two peaks of airborne pollen occurred in a year,the first was from February to April, the second was from September to November. Conclusion In Kunming, Brassica L. Alnus Gaertn and Pinus L. pollen are the main pollen allergens. The main airborne pollens are Pine L. Pinus L and Alnus Gaertn pollen. There is no correlation between the coulmon pollen allergens causing allergic dermatosis and the species and number of the main airborne pollen in Kunming.关键词
