Abstract
Objective To discuss the incidence of acute kindey injury (AKI) in acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) and the influencing factors. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 96ADHF patients, and analyzed the incidence of AKI, and divide the patients into AKI group and no AKI group.Then we analyzed the age, sex, systolic pressure, caidiac troponin, left ventricular ejection fraction,hemoglobin and primary disease of patients in the two groups. Results In 96 ADHF patients, AKI was found in 74 patients (74％) , and death was found in 12 cases (12.5％). The rising of systolic pressure and caidiac troponin, and the droping of left ventricular ejection fraction were the influencing factors of AKI in ADHF.Coronary heart disease, hypertensive heart disease and diabetes had higher possibility of AKI in ADHF.Conclusions In various acute states, the occurence rate of AKI in ADHF is higher and the influence factor is more, it is helpful for clinical doctor to adopt the treatment.关键词
