抗反转录病毒治疗HIV/AIDS初治患者232例结果分析
Clinical Results of 232 Treatment-naive HIV/AIDS Patients after HAART

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of domestic HAART drug on treatment-naive HIV/AIDS patients, and provide basis for standard antiviral therapy. Methods 232 treatment-naive HIV/AIDS patients were treated with domestic HAART drug and followed up for three years, and clinical therapeutic effect,adverse reaction and drug resistance were analysed. Results The percentage of HIV-1 RNA less than 50 copies/ml was 94.8％ and 85.3％ respectively 24 and 36 months after HAART. The baseline mean CD4 count was (160.1 ±80) mL. The CD4 count increased gradually 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 30 and 36 months after HAART (P ＜0.05). The common adverse reactions were liver damage, peripherial neuritis, peripherial lipodystophy, bone marrow suppression and rash. Chnical drug resistance was found in 9 cases. Conclusion Domestic HAART has good viral responses, immunological responses, and low drug resistance for treatment-naive HIV/AIDS patients, although has much severer adverse reactions.关键词
